I'm a church treasurer and I use this stamp to keep track of bills and invoices that are paid via direct ACH draft or debit card withdrawal. I also scan the docs so this stamp gives me an audit trail. Pros: - Price point and quality are great. A local print shop charged us $45 for the same style of stamp - built different and stronger but I can replace this a number of times if it breaks - it won't break unless you gorilla-handle it. - Stamping is even across the paper or stuff you're stamping - Doesn't take any force to get a good, smooth stamp - Ink pad is replaceable - Ink pad can be re-inked - a huge plus and no stamp pads to fool with Cons - Not really any ... show more

At my job, we have multiple people that accept payments on invoices, but only one person that handles the bookkeeping. Having a stamp like this makes it a lot easier for the accounting, as it eliminates the question of how the invoice was paid. In the past we would just use a "paid" stamp, but then the person who accepted the payment had to remember to mark what form of payment was used. As you can imagine, sometimes it was not marked, and that creates a headache for the bookkeeper. This stamp makes it a whole lot easier as after stamping, you just have to check off how it was paid. It's a lot harder to forget to mark it when the options are listed right there when you stamp it. I also like that it's green ink, as it jumps out and contrasts against the black ink on the invoices. I also love that this stamp is self-inking and ready to use right out of the box. Self-inking means no dealing with a stamp pad or worrying about getting ink on your hands. The product description also says you can get ink refills, though I'm not sure where you get them, or if the ink pad in this stamp is a common size that would be easy to find. I have no complaints about this product, and even if I cannot find ink refills, the product description says you'll get thousands of impressions from it before needing to refill or replace the ink. At the current price of $9.89, I think it's completely reasonable for the amount of use you get out of the product and the quality of the product. ... show more

I'm an 8th grade ELA teacher and my students love to turn in their work late. Then they try to tell their parents that they didn't turn it in late. Well, I'm petty. I decided to get this so I could mark their papers as late in a way that their parents could see it during conferences. This is also great for when I put together those make-up packets for my students to take home to their parents. I am paying all of my bills online now, so this is very handy. I like it so much better than my old plain “PAID” stampers. I like that it has a line under to put the date you paid (or any note). The stamping is consistent and strong, as the 3 stamps pictured above show. I stamped them all in a row. I also like the body of the stamper.
