  • Amazing investment
Style: 240Hz, XL Settings to Share
This is a top tier esport monitor and I wouldn’t go back to any other brand. When it comes to comp monitors don’t get better than this brand. I got the 240hz 1080p Zowie and I’m looking to invest into another. The settings and adjustability is amazing. I suggest messing with the shadow shader and sharpness to your liking to get a better visibility. And you can mess with the gamma to make the colors pop a little more. The only thing I could want more is a 1440p version of this monitor 10/10 investment and I highly suggest it for any other comp players ... show more

  • Zowie, the brand you should have bought
Style: 240Hz, XL Settings to Share
It's rare that a company seems to get everything right. Starting from the very beginning: not only was the box easy to open (rare), but the packaging was hassle free as well when removing the components. Flawless packaging. Even the small details like using filament tape to prevent the extendable cable arm from being broken by accident is great because the filament tape doesn't leave any residue and was easy to remove. I feel like they experimented with many different packaging options to find a perfect choice for every scenario. Moving on to setup: absurdly easy. The stand works really well, everything is minimalistic design which is nice, but to setup it's as easy as snapping the monitor onto the stand and connecting the stand to the base with a locking system. Done. The stand can allow the monitor to rotate on every axis, which is great. The monitor......comes with the actual cable you need. Amazing. They don't bother giving you an HDMI as I believe even HDMI 2.1 maxes out at 144hz, but you get a DisplayPort cable for proper 240hz and it just works. All of the attention to detail really gets me here as these small things really do impress: an arrow on the bottom of the stand arm and base to line up dead center, no labeling or buttons on the monitor bezel for a perfectly clean presentation (buttons are on the back and easy to reach), dust cover and side mounts if you want to get the optional shield. Seriously whoever is in charge of your packaging and product design, you guys nailed it. ... show more

Monitor actually feels so crisp. I came from a 240hz g7 odyssey if that tells you anything. I’ve had every kind of panel, every resolution, refresh rate etc and this is honestly a very impressive monitor. The colors are quite decent once you calibrate everything and the image when gaming is surprisingly sharp for 1080p. I won’t say there’s a massive difference between 240hz and 360hz for me but there is a slight difference in smoothness. Monitor is definitely a little pricey but if you’re a competitive gamer you won’t regret buying imo. Even for single player games the monitor is great though. ... show more

  • It does what it’s supposed to
Style: 360hz, DyAc+, XL Settings to Share, S-Sw...
A TN panel in 2023 isn’t the move for most use cases. However, I pretty much only play apex legends and other shooters on my computer, and I have another 32” 1440p lg monitor for content consumption. That being said, this monitor is really, really good. The black equalizer and color vibrance features work well, and Dyac+ seems to work great. I’ve played with dyac on and off. To be honest, I can’t tell the difference unless I’m REALLY trying and am like dragging a window with text across my desktop and trying to read it at the same time. With it being 1080p, my frame rate is always capped (I have a 4080- I know. Overkill.) My tracking has noticeably improved as well. 360 hz is noticeable, as I came from a 144hz monitor. Now, with all this said, would I recommend it to people? No. Not unless all you do is play shooters or have a good second monitor for other stuff. I’d still much prefer to play a game like elden ring or Witcher on a bigger 1440p IPS display. Also, I forgot to mention- optimum tech on YouTube has a video on this monitor with some color settings to make it look better. I highly recommend using those settings and then just dialing in the gamma and color vibrance. The display actually doesn’t look bad at all. ... show more

  • Great for Valorant

Switched from the Alienware 360hz fast IPS I have to say the BenQ clears in response time and if I’m being honest for being a TN Panel the FPS Setting with the Black Equalizer it looks way clearer and better in game. Highly recommend for Valorant and CS super smooth and fast.

  • One of the best FPS monitors
Style: 360hz, DyAc+, XL Settings to Share, S-Sw...
First monitor had a dead pixel, it is frustrating there are still QC issues in 2023. The RMA process has begun. Update 2024-02-01 - RMA complete, replacement sent with no dead pixels, phenomenal monitor now that there are no QC issues. Highly recommend BenQ products in general, been using them since the XL2720T. ... show more

  • Monitor specifically designed for the hardcore and ultra competitive.
Style: 360hz, DyAc+, XL Settings to Share, S-Sw...
This monitor requires a lot of tweaking for whatever you want out of it. It can achieve great colors but you will constantly have to use the s-switch to change settings for each application. I was considering this and the PG27AQN and I believe I will be sticking with this. The motion clarity is just too good to sacrifice for the 1440p/360hz/IPS/ULMB 2 combination. I have a PG279Q which was the highest end monitor at the time of release and 1440p is good, but it's not as clear as 4k and that leaves something to be desired (I have a 4k 144hz). Games like Starfield are extra crisp with the motion clarity, as well as D4/D2R, RDR2, Cyberpunk, etc. 1080p is definitely not great in games but at the time being it is the only way to get the most out of today's motion clarity technology. EDIT: Just tried the PG27AQDM, and while I have it set up right next to the XL2566k, I will be keeping the latter. The OLED of the first is obviously top tier and great, but I cannot live without the motion clarity despite the poor viewing angles. ... show more

Honestly I can see that the price is a lot but its super worth the money its a very smooth 360hz monitor and when ur game can run it my god its an advantage its a very big jump IMO from 240HZ to 360HZ but it was honestly worth it I would def recommend, I would just say to wait for the price to go down honestly ... show more
