Honestly I think high top sneakers are always in style and look good with almost any outfit. I know they say that these are for men, but honestly anyone call pull these off, which I think is just the magic of this style. Just be sure to note that the sizing is in men's sizing. I usually wear a 7 in women's or 38 EU, but the smallest they had was 7 in men's which is 8 in women's and 40 EU, so they'd be a bit big for me. However, I wear thick socks with these so they fit fine. The canvas seems durable yet are flexible and comfortable to wear. There are no loose stitches or shoe glue to be seen. Right now it's super icy outside, and yet the soles are pretty grippy for shoes that aren't specifically made for winter weather. I sprayed the canvas down with some water protectant spray so that the snow won't get in and the shoes were not discolored or disformed in any way from that. The only down side I can think of is that these shoes are a bit hard to put on and remove without unlacing almost half the laces. Perhaps the lacing could be a bit more stretchy, but it's not that big of a deal. Overall, they seem like good quality shoes and you don't have to spend over $50 on them like with the big name brand. These high tops have nice clean look to them with cream and white, the uppers I found out aren’t just canvas they are bonded together with rubber for all upper shoe and tongue . Neat . It feels thicker and I think it will help the fabric stand up better. The shoe is a good roomy fit with nice toe room . The only thing is the bottom inside of the shoe . The insole is there but there is no cushion to this and like some other high tops with no foot protection you will need to get a good pair of insoles even before wearing because your feet will hurt . First off, let me say I'm in my mid 60's and certainly not some hipster and I think these shoes are pretty cool. They have a nice soft padded lining and reasonably cushioned soles. I'm a solid size 12 and these fit great. If there is one thing I don't like, It's that you need to loosen the laces up quite a bit to get them on and off. Not an easy job. call me old school bt these are like a throw back to my school days where I think a vast majority of my school wore these in one form or another. They often had designs drwn on them and other decorations. There was no telling what people would put on their canvas hi-tops. The shoes fit great and are fairly comfortable. I was going to rate them pretty highly, but the eyeholes around the laces have begun to pop out after only a handful of uses. These shoes would be great for customizing as they are a white blank canvas. The material is so-so not the best but for the price you get what you pay for. These aren't Converse by any means but they would be super great for someone who wants to paint a custom design or to just wear white like my husband. They are nice and stylish. I wish there was a size chart. US Size 9.5 is a EUR 44 (hope that gives you an idea) The sneakers look nicer and feel way better than what I was expecting for the price range. I'm very happy about this product. I love how the white is more of a creamy white color. Beautiful! Absolutely recommended
