I must admit when my flowers first arrived I was not impressed. I filled the vase add the plant food and watched them blossom and bloom. Very happy with my sunflowers arrangement and would do it again!

My previous favorable 5-star review appears below the *** line below. I can no longer stand behind those positive words. I ordered this exact bouquet maybe 5-6 times over a couple years, and those were great! The bouquets arrived looking exactly like the photo online. Unfortunately, I have ordered this exact bouquet twice in the last month for other people. I saw both of the bouquets that were sent, and they were NOT as pictured online. The one I sent last month had no sunflowers (which is the entire reason I wanted this bouquet). It just had a bunch of purple flowers in it and was not a pretty bouquet. And the bouquet I sent just yesterday was truly substandard -- the friend who received it sent me a photo of it, and it has only about half of the flowers in it that are pictured on the website photo. The photo is honestly pathetic and it makes me very embarrassed that I sent such a meager bouquet to a good friend. The flowers are so sparse and so few that they honestly look ridiculous in that gigantic vase. It looks like they forgot to put in about 50% or 60% of the flowers that they normally send with this bouquet. I used to stand behind this company and their flowers, but after these last 2 experiences, I really cannot recommend them anymore. It is very personally embarrassing for me to find out I sent people really deficient bouquets with the wrong flowers or with just a few flowers. I honestly feel they should be ashamed of themselves for sending out bouquets that are so obviously substandard and in no way are like the bouquet depicted in the online photo. ************************************* HERE IS MY PREVIOUS REVIEW THAT I NO LONGER STAND BY: I was so pleasantly surprised by this gorgeous bouquet. It was absolutely, exactly as pictured on the Amazon page. The only thing that surprised me was how huge it actually was in real life. The vase was gigantic, and the large number of flowers was impressive. I was blown away by these beautiful flowers. This is a real bargain value compared to other big-name flower delivery websites I have ordered flowers from in the past, yet the quality here is definitely superior to those other more expensive websites. The flowers arrived quickly (overnight), in perfect condition, perfectly arranged. In just 2 minutes I filled the very large vase with water, added the 2 supplied packets of stay-fresh powder, cut one inch off the ends of the very long stems, and plopped the bouquet into the vase. No arranging on my part was necessary, as the flowers came perfectly arranged, exactly like the bouquet pictured on the Amazon website. I will be a repeat customer for sure. ... show more

    • Beautiful Bouquets but somehow senders ID not included
Sent this beautiful bouquet to my sister for her birthday. It got delivered on Friday -- rather than the requested delivery date of Monday -- which was her actual birthday -- but oddly when I ordered it there was no place that I saw or was asked to provide a greeting to go along with the item -- it took her 2 days to find out who had sent it -- since she was told the sender wanted to remain anonymous! The flowers and bouquet was excellent. I will do this again down the road and next time I am going to go really slowly so I don't miss the greeting information!! ... show more

    • Flowering Fields - Quality has plummeted in 2023.
To begin, I absolutely love the combination of flowers and greenery in the Flowering Fields arrangement by, Benchmark. If a vibrant color combination is your thing... try these flowers together. They're beautiful. I've purchased this particular arrangement and others from Benchmark multiple times over the past couple of years, and was blown away at the quality and freshness in 2022. I love fresh flowers in my home, and often purchase or grow them for myself. :) Deal Breaking Cons: I have to say that almost everything involved with this purchase (September 2023) was lacking in quality. The quantity, freshness and grade of the flowers and greenery are much lower (smaller). The flowers & vase were packaged upside down, opposite of the arrows printed on the outside of the box. It looked like the items had literally been thrown together and zip-tied in. As many reviewers have stated, I could have done better by buying a bouquet (or two) at my warehouse store, or even my grocery store, for a lot less money. Such a disappointment. (Benchmark, please get this worked out! I really love your products... Thanks!) At this point, I hate to say it, but wouldn't recommend gifting this arrangement. I can't speak for the other arrangements that Benchmark offers at this time. The Pros: The box is very sturdy. The printing on the box is legible, the label is clearly printed, plus there's a lovely option to include a hidden gift message, located under the label itself which is a nice touch! A little incognito, but a nice choice to have! I like the vase (clear glass, milk can shaped) and that the bloom food was provided. I have found that not all floral arrangement vendors provide these. What would be great: For the above issues to be addressed and resolved, and for there to be an additional option to buy the arrangements without a vase. I'll check reviews in the future to see if Benchmark steps up their game with quality control. Hey, BENCHMARK, can you hear us? :) I hope this review will be helpful in some way.
