This band runs very large. I weighed around 150 lbs and wore a size 6/8 when I purchased this product, so I ordered a small and it was HUGE, I had to return it and order an XS. I was already 8 weeks pp when I began wearing the belt, so it didn't shrink me as much as it did others, but it definitely helped some. I could also tell a difference in my back. Ever since giving birth I had significant back pain, and not the best posture, so it hurt to nurse, bend over, etc. This band gave my back extra support and made the pain virtually disappear. It’s effective and this particular one is more comfortable than the “Original” version that I had gotten before but returned because to me it was too stiff and uncomfortable. Belly bandit got my stomach flat again in 7 days, wore from right after delivery for 24 hours a day, this does what it claims to. Helps with sore back too and washes easily, comfortable to wear.
