I like having this warmer, its for my elderly mother as she was complaining the wipes were cold. It can heat them at either 104 or 113 degrees (F) and you don't have to take the wipes out of their packaging. You do have to cut the top off the package, but its recommended you definitely leave the wipes in the package to keep them from over heating too much. It has a nice night light feature right in the front though not that bright to really be of any good use, it does exist and will turn off automatically after about 10 minutes. The wipes stay nice and warm, but if its cold in the room or you wait too long from the time you have taken a wipe out of the warmer before using it on yourself it will cool off quite a bit but thats not the warmers fault. I am sure babies like my mom don't like the feeling of an ice cold wipe touching their bottom, a wake up no one would enjoy I am sure. I have tried it on myself as we use wipes in our bathroom and it's nice to have warmed ones. Again just be quick when you remove one to use it or it can cool down on ya rather quickly. Lid is manual open and close, would be nice to have a button to press and the top would open for you but this one does not. A lot of condensation most likely will build up inside so once you have emptied out the package of wipes and switch it out with a new one you will probably want to dump some of the water built up inside of it from the sweating caused from the humidity within. ... show more

Working well so far. Used for two days. Followed instructions. Like that the wipes stay in the original bag just take the lid off. Takes about 2 hrs to get to temperature per instructions but has stayed at temp. Our newborn baby girl cries a lot less now with diaper changes.

This company BACKS their products. My wipe warmer has worked perfectly for about a year and one day wouldn’t turn on. After whipping out all the tricks to restart it, I opened the lid to see that there was an email address BEGGING me to tell them my problems because they promise a lifetime warranty. I’ve been jaded from past product experiences, so hopes were very low of getting a replacement, but LO AND BEHOLD, within 4 days of emailing this company… a new wipe warmer is now in our hands!! WONDERFUL response time and so easy to work with. Literally 2 emails is all it took to provide details. If you’re wondering if you should buy this- just do it. I purchased this wipe warmer and warms fast, its super easy to use. I give it 4 stars because the power button and light button are TOO touch sensitive. Sometimes the wipe warmer gets moved around or buttons accidentally touched and it ends up turning off or light turning on when I don’t want it on. The light also does not stay on, it automatically shuts off and its very bright. The temperature numbers on the warmer also look very bright in the dark which my husband doesn’t like. We have to put a cloth over it so its not shining when we’re trying to sleep. I currently use the Target Up & Up fragrance free wipes in the warmer and they fit sorta tight in it but not big deal. I had tried fitting in some Coterie wipes and those would not fit. I honestly had expected this wipe warmer to be larger because that’s one of the reasons I purchased this one as I compared to other brands. I’ve been using this wipe warmer for about a week or 2 now and notice that wipes feel hot when inside the warmer but as soon as you pull one out it instantly starts getting cold so I find myself rushing to take out the wipes & rushing to change diapers before they get too cold. It’s literally a matter of seconds before they start cooling (think this happens with all wipe warmers). Overall this warmer is good, but I would like to see some improvements. Update: warmer has been working as should, still have to rush to change diapers though because the wipes cool down super fast. I have found the light feature very helpful when changing diapers at night. The temperature numbers however are very visible in the dark when trying to sleep so I just put a burp cloth over the wipe warmer to dim it. Overall I’d recommend this warmer. I just moved from the island heat to the cold… And this wet wipes heather has been really helpful keeping my kids wipes warm and comfortable for them to feel good while changing their diapers or cleaning a little spit up. (It was off before taking this pictures, I like to turn it off when I go out of the house). Of the three brands I have tried this one is the best. It’s the easiest to use…no adding water, no taking wipes out of their packaging all you have to do is snap the opening lid off on the wipe packing. Wipes are always warm at the 113° F setting.     • This is my second most hated Amazon purchase.
So, if you have tiny baby hands, and never let a wet wipe drift pass the power or light button (which even the lightest touch from a wipe turns the device off and light on), then you may not despise this machine. For me, every time I use it, I accidentally turn it off and usually turn its light on And off a few times accidentally. This problem pales in comparison to my biggest issue which is the size of the hole the wipes are grabbed through. This hole is tiny, and I am luck to get two or 3 fingers into it to scramble around with the tips of my fingers trying to scissor grab a wipe. This problem is exacerbated if I’m holding a poopy baby with my other hand. I literally screamed at this holder earlier and I’ve never screamed at any appliance in my life that I can recall except my number one most hated purchase the push button bidet which sprays you everytime you lean over to wipe. Anyways, I am a big guy and I have big hands, and I absolutely despise this device and would stomp it to dust if it weren’t for that my wife can still use it because of her small hands. ... show more
