After two years and many blows, seriously many blows, the glass was broken by a too strong blow and still only the protector broke, not the screen, I kept using it while buying one again and I broke it worse again! By far the best and easiest screen protector that I have ever owned. For the start, let me state that I have never liked screen protectors. I've always used the old-style Otter Box cases that had the plastic-built case in the case. When I got my new iPhone 13 Pro Max... I had to start using the protectors. I don't recall what my first one was, but I didn't install it. Lasted for a while until it cracked then I had to replace it. I went with the Otterbox protector next since that was what I had a case for, and I love it. It was a mess and not that great of an install. Excellent quality just not on the installation side. Not fingerprint or smudge resistant, blue light filter made no difference to me. Phone was cleaned and wiped down and the protective screen was placed on correctly and the screen wouldnt stick creating air bubbles and eventually just falling off. Waste of 45$ overpriced garbage. Had the privacy screen for 6 months before i dropped my phone on the ground and it shattered but worked great compared to this and seemed much better for the price. ... show more

They honor the warranty claim after a somewhat complex process to verify the problem with their product. They sent us a whole new set, looks like actually three screen protectors and they work right now My wife and I both labored over this. We ended up with dust bubbles and a _scratch_ when the product had barely been out of the package for an hour. We have contacted Belkin for a replacement--we will see if they stand behind their warranty. So far $40 is way too much for a single screen protector that has these problems. I do admit their "patented application process" is neat, but I don't know that it's worth multiple times the cost of competitors. Also it does feel pretty smooth. ... show more

I've been a fan of this screen protector from the first time the Apple store installed it for me in store. I've gone through as many as three of these during the life of owning whichever iPhone I had at the time. That's not a negative - these things are amazing. Like most of us, my iPhone is a tool for professional and personal life so it gets maximum use. I've dropped my phone face down (with a basic Spigen case.. nothing crazy like OtterBox), accidentally sent it flying across the floor on occasion from being in a hurry, and all the things. This glass protector absorbs that impact and yep - it cracks. That's the point. Once I'd get a few decent cracks I'd head off to the Apple store to have it replaced. Pull it off and my original glass screen is pristine. Put another one on and I'm off for another round. One of the big selling points for me was the installation process - alignment, fit, and no crooked lines/fuzz/dust underneath the glass. I just upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro Max and asked for the same protector in store - and apparently they no longer install them in store. Super bummed. But the associate told me exactly which one to buy and said the installation process was essentially the same with the tray, etc. I installed it with zero issues. There's a video to watch that shows the process from start to finish. I am 100% happy with the new installation and look forward to cracking this thing up over the next few years to keep my phone in perfect shape! ... show more
