We had to remove a large tree, which gave shade to our a/c. Bought this fence to both keep some shade on the A/C as well as cover it from sight. This is a great product, I was able to easily assemble it alone, it came with straight forward instructions. Package included both panels. It’s a little tricky to get them anchored in the ground, but that would be for any such fence. The instructions were good, but I first tried to simply hammer them into the dirt. But that does not work. Follow the instructions and dig a small hole where the spike will go and then it’s super easy. I had them for a few months now and they are quite sturdy. Several strong thunderstorms did nothing to them. Looks very nice. And if the A/C one day needs to be replaced, it can easily be removed. Definitely recommended to buy. ... show more

This product came really quick , which I appreciated! We wanted to have a barrier around the condensers as soon as possible for safety purposes (we have a dog and two young children). It also just looks better! For the price, I’m happy. It’s not the sturdiest material (one of the covers to the pickets has flown off) but we’ve had some heavy wind storms and the panels have stayed in place. We purchased 3 sets to replace old fencing around our trashcans and hvac. Very sturdy and looked great. Actually bought several more sets to extend the area and to add to another section of our yard. Easy-ish to assemble. It is easier with two people. Don't force the pieces. They fall in place if spaced correctly. Sturdy and looks great! Definitely Recommend! ... show more

Nice unit,fairly easy to assemble.However,there were two trim pieces missing,and two panels with damage.Packaging was in terrible shape with packaging tape everywhere holding the ends together where the box had been handled very rough,opened.and torn in several places.Looked like a return ,patched up,and sent back out to the next customer.(ME) I chose to keep the fence kit,repair it,do without the missing pieces due to the hassle of returning the item.I order many items from Amazon and this has been one of the worse condition arrivals I've ever received. ... show more

The ease of assembly was not as easy...it took laying all of the parts out on the yard, and starting the assembly. My husband did it by himself and it took awhile once he figured out how to do it by going to a video and watching how they assembled it. The instructional book wasn't very helpful. But, overall I'd give it a 5 star, as it is very sturdy, easy to install, and hook together. I love it! And, would purchase it again to hid my A/C unit as well.
