I had been having a decent amount of back pain for months, to the point, I was waking up with pain. Switched to this mattress and I never wake up with back pain. I sleep better, I don't toss and turn as much. I rolled it out of the box onto my bed frame, and it sat for between 48-36 hours and was at the full 14 inches. This mattress is fabulous and has greatly improved my sleep quality. At 6ft and 300lbs the firmess and comfort was just what I needed. For the first time in years I was able to wake up refreshed without my back hurting. It's a great feeling! I'm very pleased with my purchase.
