I sleep better, I don't toss and turn as much. I rolled it out of the box onto my bed frame, and it sat for between 48-36 hours and was at the full 14 inches. This mattress is fabulous and has greatly improved my sleep quality. At 6ft and 300lbs the firmess and comfort was just what I needed.
