Shelfies are just really convenient - I am so used to having one after about a year of use and have come to rely on it a lot. I have an IKEA Malm bed, and the Shelfie fits really well on the side without taking up too much space or getting in my way as I get in and out of bed. Also, it's easy to take on and off when I change the sheets. Especially because my bed is lower, it's nicer to keep drinks here versus a nightstand, because I am reaching someone down for the drink, versus up, and probably less likely to spill or knock something over. At first it didn’t fit the bed frame with the top mattress and board underneath for bunk beds, I had to reposition the board and the shelf fit perfectly.

I returned it since I really didn't need it because i have that little round table, but I really wanted to try it out as a possibly replacement. It was really sturdy, easy to attach, and had a solid paint color.
