I didn't like how my fitted sheets would pull just loose enough to wrinkle underneath me. These help but are not strong enough to totally eliminate wrinkling. With a queen mattress, it is rather difficult to attached these things simply due to the bulk and weight of the mattress. They might do a better job of eliminating wrinkles if they were a stronger elastic but that might make it more difficult to attach. All-in-all, these are decent, but understand that they will be difficult and time-consuming to manage without a second person helping. Having a mattress cover between the mattress and the fitted sheet gives me something to clip these to when I un-clip them from the fitted sheet to change sheets. I got these to hold a pillow-top on my full-size mattress. The regular sheet straps like this are all too short. It was difficult to locate straps like this that were longer. These worked well for me in this situation. The grip seems quite sufficient to hold and they are simple to adjust.

I needed clips for our couch cover, because of our dogs chewing the sewed on straps. All straps but one have done well. One broke as soon as I started opening the bracket. I think they should be made much better than they are. I’m not sure if I’d buy them again, have been pretty displeased with this purchase. ... show more

    • Perfect solution for a slipping sofa cover!
I bought a beautiful velvet cover for my small sofa. After lots of stretching and pulling I finally got it on the sofa and it looked fabulous! Made my sofa look brand new! Until I sat on it for a while then stood up. The cover was a complete mess. It took me as long to straighten it as it did to install it! I wasn't ready to lose the new look so I lived with it. But I rarely sat on it and when I had guests they were guided to sit elsewhere. A couple months later I came across these while looking for something else. Sad to say but I didn't know they existed. I bought them immediately and, thanks to brilliant Amazon, had them the next day. The directions were very simple and precise which made them so easy to install. After a couple months of using the sofa almost daily, I'm so very pleased to say they do work as promised. The cover stays in place all the time. ******Update 6/5/23: Not strong enough for the recliner slip cover. Kept popping off. Worked with helping to put my recliner slip cover on. One important thing--size for your specific project. They come in different sizes.
