This girls bed canopy is a weird pink color, not quite a dark pink or dusty pink but it's still OK. My 6 year old has wanted one of these for a while so she will be getting this one on her bday The fabric is quite thick you can't see through it, it's a solid type fabric not lacy or tulle. The fabric is not soft its actually a little bit rough. It comes with some sticky tape to attach it to the ceiling but I believe the fabric will be too heavy to use with it. ... show more

But yes, I got this for my teenager because she’s complaining about her curtains and it’s really good. She doesn’t like that is pretty Plano. They could be like Little designs outside. This has a lot of fabric. It is solid fabric and not a mesh or tulle. It fits around the headboard of my queen size bed. I think it would fit around most baby or toddler beds. Very pretty curtain, but take note that it’s thick and acts more like a blackout curtain when in use. So for little kids, they may prefer something a bit more sheer. Easy to hang with the adhesive sticker and screws enclosed.
