Not holding air as described. I had ordered 3 in two separate transactions. 1st chair was defective due to leakage. I set up the return for defective item process. Just got the word that they refunded only $3.76 out of the $37.71 orig purchase price. In addition, they want me to PAY to ship it back to CHINA (Quandong Provence)! Unbelievalbe!!
