For a cheap pair of earrings ($9.99 for 2 pair when I got them), they are great! Pros: -They are very light, so they don't pull on your earlobes if you wear them all day. -They are colorful but not too over the top. -They are a great length, not too long they get in the way, but not too short so they end just where I want them to. -The feathers are cute at the end, and I like that they are tapered instead of flared out like a lot of earrings with feathers are. Cons: -Not sure how durable and long lasting they will be given their weight and feel. I don't know for sure, since I can't verify their composition, but my guess is they won't look as good in a year's time. Since it is just a guess, I didn't deduct a star but will update my review if things change. -The mechanism that holds the feathers easily gets askew and causes the feathers to stick straight out which looks funny, so I have to often check and feel whether or not they are staying down. Overall: For $5 a pair these earrings are great! Will they last 30 years? Probably not but even if they last a year I think they're worth it! ... show more

I love these earrings. I got them for myself for a vacation and was hoping they would be light and comfortable to wear. They are exactly that and look soooo nice! I often react to different metals, but I had no reaction to these. Unfortunately, I have a short neck and they are long so I ended up losing one after only a few hours of wearing them. It was very sad, but I still have the colorful pair. I would recommend using some kind of back on them so you don't lose one. The models always make everything look so nice and then you get the product and realize how cheaply made the items are. These earings had me fooled. The beads especially on the multicolored colored earings are super cheap and they look like homemade earings. The feathers are not real and the finish on the solid part of the earing is really cheap. And if you have a short neck just forget about it because they will bounce off your shoulders. Save your money folks. ... show more

The first thing I noticed upon opening is that the metal these are fashioned with is brassy yellow, the kind of metal you would find on lesser quality earrings. It's definitely not a shade of "gold" that I would wear. I will say though, the design of these is really cute, the length brings drama and the "feathers" bring a flowy soft touch. The feathers easily get "crosswise" with each other, and I found myself reaching up to see if the whole thing was laying flat as it should, or if, because I moved quickly, they were in a tangle. Mostly, they were in a tangle and had to be taken out of my ear to sort out. I like the design a lot, with a rework and better materials. Nice and light, definitely noticeable. ... show more
