I had favorited this and got it during the prime days. I’m very pleased. So glad I didn’t have to install the springs. Folding it open/flat takes some force, I did it on a rug so it doesn’t damage a hard surface. My kids and I hop on for random bounces during the day, great for lymph/health and fidgety kids 😂 it’s sturdy for adults. Not sure I’ll ever fold and store it away because you have to disassemble it first and we’ll be using it throughout the day. ... show more

So.. a member of their staff reached out to me and they sent me a new top in the color I originally wanted, and sent me a partial refund. How’s that for awesome customer service? I’m giving them 5 stars for that, alone :) ——- I like this product, a lot. Perfect size for an apartment. Lots of fun and free workout options on YouTube. Came almost fully assembled. Folds and unfolds fairly easily (I watched a quick YouTube tutorial). Here are my cons: Although it isn’t an option I wish the legs were able to fold under, in order to make it more compact (I came across another brand that has foldable legs, but it was being sold for a premium price). Also, I ordered BLACK, was sent Blue (which I don’t love, but could work with), it was missing caps (you don’t need them once you assemble the legs, but still, they were missing), and when you fold it, it breaks through the cover.. which.. I am not at all pleased with. I’m annoyed that I may have to go through the trouble of returning the whole unit due to a cheaply made cover —even after accepting that o didn’t get the color I requested. I’ve seen other foldable versions that had covers that were made of a different type of flexible material, and had openings in the right places so that the cover remained intact, when folding. Hopefully, they see this review and make some changes.. bc it’s a great product, overall, for the price. ... show more

It was easy to assemble. Just unfold it, put on the safety skirt, and screw on the legs. I've been using it so often I haven't needed to fold it again, but I imagine it will disassemble just as easily. Its small enough that I can store it fully assembled. I was worried that a folding trampoline would be flimsy. Those worries were unfounded. The frame is solid. It's less bouncy than a full sized trampoline, but it works amazingly well for its size. I was looking for a bouncy trampoline to do fitness workouts. I bought this trampoline for the price point...it’s very affordable! It also comes with a 1 year warranty and really great 24/7 customer service. It came well packaged in a nice box and was very easy to assemble—you just need to fit the cover over the edges and screw in the legs. It was very stable in bouncing as well. It just wasn’t what I was looking for—I returned. I needed a more ‘bouncy‘ type trampoline for the type of fitness/rehab workouts I want to do. This trampoline is excessively stiff and has no recoil, which was very strenuous on my joints. I needed more bounce to have a low impact workout—which this trampoline is not able to give me. The trampoline is good quality though! My kids had fun as they tried it out too, so I think kids would have fun on this trampoline. Also note: some users questioned how to fold. To fold it back up, you place face down (legs toward ceiling), and step on the hinge labeled “open” and place your hand in the center of the trampoline. Overall: great quality and well made, but if you need more “bounce”, this trampoline is not the one (I went with a rebounder instead). ... show more

I’m writing this review as I order a replacement for the one my children used since October of 2020. My children (ages 9 & 12 now) have bounced on this for 6-10 hours a day, everyday, for roughly 3 1/2 years. After nearly 8,000 hours of use, one of the springs finally broke. Rarely have I been happy to order another of a product after the first one fails. Given the extensive usage though, I can find no fault with a single spring that failed after ~185,000 bounces. We have a son with special needs and he love jumping on a trampoline. We usually go through a trampoline every month until we got the BCAN ! The Matt is nice and taught the spring and the whole thing is quality parts and quality made. We’ve had this one for several months now. We had a minor issue with the spring and a strap once and contacted BCAN. And their customer service is amazing. There was no arguing they said send us a picture and we’ll either send you parts or a new one. And they are sending a new one. I will be buying another one to put in his music room. My son weighs about 110lbs and he jumps on this all day long every day. Except when he is in school. It is such a great tool for him to get rid of some of his energy. And it helps him with meltdowns and over sensory issues. If you had other ones before get this one and you will see the difference and better quality as soon as you take it out of the box.     • Was a little stiff at first, but became nice and bouncy once I broke it in

This trampoline was very quick & easy to assemble! It was also very stiff when I first started using it, so I sprayed the mat with water and jumped on it to stretch it out. I also rotated the metal triangle rings to give the mat more slack and stood on the mat to stretch it out. So now it’s nice and bouncy and not as jarring and stiff like it was initially. Please note that I had to rotate the triangular metal rings back to the correct orientation (with the pointy end of the triangular loops pointing away from the mat) or else they could have disconnected from the springs when I jumped on it. So be careful! So far, I’ve been rebounding on the trampoline to help with my lymph drainage and gut motility and it’s been working wonders for me so far! Definitely worth every penny! ... show more
