My six year old really loves these crayons. I think they have great definition and they don’t break down easily but they will break down. Note the blue water in the tub. 😂 I think these are a great value and easy to enjoy!

    • They disintegrate in water
They are fun, have great pigment and super easy clean up. They literally melt off of the tub walls just like water color paints buuut they start to disintegrate in water even though the package claims they don’t. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars!

My kids love drawing during bath time and we've gone through several sets of bath crayons over the last year or so. Most break easily leaving little bits of crayon in the tub. These seemed to be a bit thicker in the photos and the addition of a mesh bag to store them is great! Unfortunately, several of the colors seem to melt almost immediately upon hitting the water. This means that after bath time when the crayons are back in the mesh bag and hung from the suction hook an odd black sludge drips from the bag. In the water, using a single color (like, say, red) we noticed that the bathwater was quickly turning a shade of pink as the dye bled out. It got so bad that the crayons were shedding pieces that would stick to skin when we were done and rinsing with water didn't help. A quick wipe with a rag easily removed the color so it wasn't a huge issue, but we've never seen this in other bath crayons. We will continue to use these because the kids love them so much, but just beware that many of the colors do like to 'shed'. ... show more

These are hands down the best! They don't melt in the water, yet wash right of with no effort. Holder on each crayon is awesome. Can be moved up the holder to prevent breaking. I don't understand why there would be any negative reviews?

Would not recommend. Got these for my kids for Christmas and they immediately did not show up on the sides of the tub. There were only a few colors that worked and they continuously bled everywhere. Put the crayons in the included mesh bag to hang and dry but that made an even bigger mess. They broke down and bled into each other (despite the advertisement that they specifically don’t do that) and ran down the shower till they dried. I had to constantly clean the walls because of this. I got these bc they were a little cheaper but Definitely better to spend the extra money for a brand name which product actually works. Horrible if you draw in the shower to get down concept sketches or ideas or even as distraction from pain or migraines. Washes off while you're drawing and results in a drip effect. Ends up being insanely pale and you have to go over it again and again and again to even try to get it to stay like in the picture. It started out as a deer skull but due to having to go over it again and again with increasing pressure and frustration ended up looking like a deer canine. (Got redrawn over a total of 5-7 times) Not good if you're doing this to try to distract yourself or calm down. Giving it 2 stars because it would be good for babies or whatever that wouldn't care about their art being unrecognizable or doesn't care about saving it. On the bright side at least easy to clean.
