I chose this top from Bashafo based on the square neck, the three-quarter sleeves, and the ruffle on the sleeves. I also liked the idea of the dark somewhat wine red color. I chose the XL, which is what I typically wear, and I feel like it fits true to size. I am 5’2” & 155 pounds and 38C . I have included a drawing in my photos with detailed measurements of this top. I measure front side to side and back side to side - add the two together to get the total circumference. I measure areas where most sellers don’t, hoping I might help someone that is hard to fit. This top is a bit more fitted, or tailored than many XL tops that I have in my wardrobe. I like that feature. It seems as though when they get to the XL and the XXL they just become very boxy or maybe that’s just the way they fit me. This top stands out because it is different. The tailoring is evident in the measurements 5” below the shoulder seam as well as the measurement across the abdomen. The fabric is a common fabric this season. It’s not terribly soft but it should be pretty easy to take care of since it is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I chose this top for an upcoming flight when we go to my nieces wedding. I needed clothing that would pack well and not take a lot of work after we arrive to steam out the wrinkles. Based on steaming this after I received it in the mail, I think this will be on the top of my list for packing. I have limited luggage space so it is important that pieces I choose to take not be an overly bulky. Fit was good material nice and soft. Unfortunately for me I didn’t care for style of shirt. Once on it had a “colonial look” like it reminded me of Betsy Ross costume like circa 1776. If you want a conservative style you will like this. Not my cup of tea. Maybe in a darker color would be more contemporary ... show more
