It’s a cute cup but the straw and cleaner DID NOT come with it like it stated, it doesn’t keep drinks cold for a long time and the color is a banana yellow color NOT a fluorescent yellow like a softball. I was thrilled to find such a large insulated mug at a great price displaying my favorite sport. I received it, washed it, filled it, and headed out for an afternoon of errands. I put the mug in my cup holder which is one of those that has things to hold travel mugs in place. When I took it out, some of the paint scraped off. I was surprised as I’ve had other coated travel mugs placed in that same spot that didn’t get scraped. Since it didn’t come that way, I didn’t make a fuss. I just don’t take it in the car anymore. This would have been five stars except it came in a yellow envelope and the photo of the box are fresh out of the envelope before I opened or took the cup out. The packaging was damaged and there are some rough scratches and excess paint drips on the brown color of the cup. It’s too late to return or exchange it since this is a Christmas present which is two days from now(It just came in.) Hopefully my brother doesn’t notice, we’ll see🤷🏻♀️He’s on Spectrum so Idk if he will focus on it or not care at all. It’s 50/50. I took off three stars for the Paint, Scratches and Packaging. If those three weren’t an issue it would have been five stars. The cup itself seems very sturdy and it will still do what it’s supposed to so that’s good. I just wish the execution of the cosmetic stuff would have worked out. Live and learn.
