I wouldn't gift without prep- they come tightly packaged & highly wrinkled. These dresses are gorgeous, the pics don't do them justice. Really good quality and well sewn. They fit the standard Barbie. The shoes and necklaces are nice but the tiaras don't stay on on their own. Idk of that's how they're meant to be.

They are cheaply made, but they fit my shadow high dolls, which is bigger than barbie. My dolls are going to be for display so I'm fine with them. I think the worst part is I mainly got just pink and blue, give me some more colors to work with here!

The media could not be loaded. You get what you pay for! My daughter got a huge Barbie dreamhouse for her birthday and a Barbie closet. I bought these so her Barbie’s would have pretty princess dresses. These feel cheap. A very crinkly material. They have like an “apron” of the designs on the front, so the ruffles or lace don’t go all the way around the dress and just sit on the front. Most don’t fit well, especially if they’re strapless, often sliding down Barbie’s torso. For a 4 year old, they did their job. For me, that plays with her, I get annoyed lol. ... show more

My granddaughter loves the dresses, and the accessories were a big hit too. I have bought barbie clothes before on Amazon, and it was cheap plastic clothes. These dresses are well worth the price--ETING has better fabric, but these dresses are perfect for a little girls imagination and small fingers. The dresses fit an 11.5 inch Barbie, and again, i truly believe the price was unbelievable for such pretty dresses. ... show more

    • Quality matches the price
First, you get a lot for the money, and that should tell you something about the quality. It is not great. The stitching is very loose, almost akin to a basting stitch in size. Some seams are starting to fray or unravel after limited play (again, for the price, no surprise). But there is a wide variety of dresses in a lot of colors. My daughter oohed and ahed over each one as we unwrapped them. The sizing is terrible. Some are too big, and others bordering ridiculously small. Some fasten in the back, but show the doll's butt where the bottom of the dress doesn't close all the way. We have a variety of Disney Royal Shimmer princesses, a couple Barbies and a skipper. We're finding some dresses fit different dolls well, and won't fit others at all. Barbie is the broadest of our bunch, and even then, some dresses are too wide on top. We've improvised with belts. I plan on cutting some ribbon pieces we can use as sashes to hold up the too big ones. All that being said, my daughter is having a blast dressing all of her dolls up for the ball. My daughter was super excited when she saw these dresses. I was super excited that I didn’t pay an arm and a leg. What I will say is that if you are a crafter, like I am, you will have some bones to pick. The sides of the lace overlay on the skirt it unfinished and sometimes jagged. I just pulled out my trusty sewing scissors and remedied that, and yes I could have hand hemmed them but I’m not that OCD. Per another review, pressing the dresses is key to making them look like the pictures and they are super cute after the fact. They are made of the same synthetic materials as the Disney Princess doll clothes are made of, so don’t expect real satin or taffeta. The seams were perfectly fine, the Velcro was securely attached. Having sewn fashion doll clothes myself, these are totally worth buying to save yourself pins in fingers and squinting to see if the machine needle is catching the material it needs to. ... show more

    • CHEAP Doll Gowns for Fashion Dolls
First of all, I know I was going on the cheap. I was looking for and hoping to get one of the dark gowns, red with black lace or any other dark color. I was hoping I would get at least one if not two by buying 10. So I was VERY disappointed to get x6pink gowns. And I hate pink. Worst is that you cannot gift as is. They ALL SMELL of mildew! The quality of fabric and sewing is on par with a lot of Barbie clothes and those are expensive just because they have the barbie tag. Hanging them on clothes line outside and Frebreze them! For about $2-3 a gown, you cannot do better. I can't sew so I have to take that into account. This bundle came with accessories of shoes, tiaras & necklaces. The gowns are good enough for any child and with accessories makes for a nice packaged gift. THIS is a good value for what it is! No doubt about it. It is simply a crap shoot of what you will get.
