Easy set up. I like that you can switch between blue or white ligbt. I've used blue only. e the white has triggered migraines for me in the past. I need an extension cord with it but no big deal. I use it for the max 45 minute setting and it helps me get up consistently, which is hard for me in these long dark winters. ... show more

I have received two of these of these lamps and neither worked well. They will not readily change between daylight and blue. Occasionally, that button will function --- but it's like playing the lottery to try. Also, the stand is small compared to the lamp, which makes the lamp unstable. Disappointing. The lamp is easy to use. I use for the lamp primarily for the blue light function to help with happiness on gray and cloudy days. It is also used for a skin condition. The light is also packaged very well so it can be transported easily when traveling.
