Easy to assemble. I did it all myself while my husband supervised. I wanted to do it on my own and I found it was easy to assemble. My back pain has gone away because of this desk. The lift is smooth and quiet. The desk is nice and good quality.

I bought this desk for working from home and I am in love with it! I got the white base with hardwood look and it is very stylish and super sturdy. It fits two 32" monitors with plenty of extra room for a laptop as well. the middle drawer holds plenty of office material, no complaints there either. Motor is still working amazing after 2 years of use. I'm 6'0 and it rises plenty high for me to stand up straight when at its highest, and it has customized setting options for you to preload certain heights. Only complaint I have, is that the desk top is two boards screwed together which presents a slight annoyance when I roll my mouse over the crack in the middle, but I believe there are options to get a single board vs two board desktop for the other color options. TLDR; this is a great desk at an affordable price. Desk has programmable positions and is large enough for multiple monitors, plus accessories. Only downsides are the table is two pieces which creates a seam and the desk wobbles slightly at height. This is a great little desk! I was surprised at how quiet it was when adjusting positions, plus having memory for each position I sit or stand at is such an added bonus. Build was super easy and the allen wrench they provide is pretty industrial - handle and everything! I purchased the 48” version and was able to get both my 27” monitors on the desk no problem, my laptops stand upright so they’re just tucked neatly behind the monitors. There’s little holes in the top of the desk to allow for cable management. Plus I still have space for my notebook - which is huge for me as I like to have it within writing reach at all times. I did not install the wheels as the desk is on carpet - but could see how they would be handy in a studio office type situation. The only things I don’t really like about the desk is that the table itself is two parts secured together. It created a seam and I don’t like that look. Additionally I have the desk elevated all the time due to having a drafting chair and it’s a little wobbly. Nothing major but enough for me to drop a star. ... show more

I'm overall pretty impressed with the quality of this desk given the price. I was able to put it together myself despite a painful back injury. I LOVE how all the parts were stored separately and clearly labeled, and they provided at least one extra for the screws, dowels, and rubber washers. The rustic veneer print is designed perfectly and looks pretty real from a distance. The height control works great and is easy to use and save preferred heights. The operation isn't super quiet but it's smooth. I have only two complaints. 1. The veneer on the table top looks really nice, but it does scratch very easily. It arrived with one small blemish right in the center of the desk. I also wouldn't trust clamping a monitor arm to this desk top as it's so thin. However, for the price point, I would say this is to be expected. I plan to eventually replace it with a solid wood top. 2. When I get the desk to standing height at 40", it becomes a bit wobbly. Not to the point of a safety hazard, but an annoyance. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and glad I was able to get a decent standing desk without having to spend $500+. ... show more
