I loved everything about this purchase. It’s a great way to bond with your children. I love the size of them. It was their mini clubhouse and I couldn’t get them out of there. Lol disability was great. It was fun to use. It was easy to assemble. The Stability is great just as long as you don’t hit them around too much the age range is probably from ages 4 to 10. My grands love boxes, so I thought I’d try this. They color on it every time they are with us and enjoy playing house in it. I will say it came a little bent because box was roughly handled and had a hole in it. I put together easily enough, but needed some taping to get it secure. The sides, where the windows are, tend to bend in/out easily especially with children playing in it. Needs more reinforced cardboard there and both doors were bent after a few hours of play on the first day. That said, the house is still standing and they still enjoy it.
