These are so comfortable. They fit decently. I'm only 4'10" and was nervous about how the length would be. They are a longer than I would like(story of my life) but not so long that they got in the way. I wish I would have bought multiple pairs since I could wear these all the time. The material is thin. These are right out of the package, which is like a airsealed plastic with tear tab and easy to open. At first I thought they'd be way too small to get on, but they stretch! I am a size 12/14, and I bought a large which is great provided they don't shrink when I wash them. The darker photo was taken in the "shadow" and the others in daylight (window). They do not hold anything in, and I'm not wearing a shirt that compliments, but I am very happy with the pants, and will probably buy more if I can find a good shirt to go with. I included photos that are the purple and the black (because it messed up my options for review), the black are clearly "black". ... show more

Ordered size 2x. I'm 5'10" 230 lbs and they fit. I was afraid they would be too tight around my pudgy waist but the shirring is just right. I usually can't stand elastic around my waist but these are comfortable. They are just a little bit too short, showing quite a bit of ankle, but for this type of pants that's OK and it looks good. They do not have in-seam pockets, just a patch pocket on the side. You can wear them backward or forward to put the pocket on whichever side you prefer, but having no other pockets for my keys and wallet mean they are not good for me to wear anywhere requiring keys or wallet. The print is beautiful. I looked over them and they look like they are put together well. They are supposed to be made of bamboo rayon, a fabric I know nothing about. They are not sheer at all. The weight of the fabric is like a thin silk. They feel dressy. I would be hesitant to wear them casually like to work or school (where jeans would be appropriate), but they would be great for around the house where they won't get a lot of action or alternately to something where you stand around looking pretty. They definitely feel like something you would want to hand wash. However, they are lightweight so they will dry quickly just on a hangar. I bought several different kinds but this one came in today. Will update if there is any issue. My mirror has a scratch across it. Sorry if it makes the photos look weird. Normally I eschew having my picture on the internet but I found it very helpful to see the fit from another buyer. I have a weight loss goal and these pants will fit as I work toward it, so that's a big plus. (pun intended) ... show more

The black pair are awesome! Thin, breathable fabric, super cute and casual - exactly what I wanted! 4/5 for the black, only because I would prefer two pockets instead of one. I also bought the green ones with the drawstring. They are just as cute and the fabric just as great, but I think they sewed the drawstring on the wrong side? Like they only fit correctly if I wear them backwards, with the drawstring at the back. I waited too long and can’t return them, so I’ll probably cut them up and make something else with the fabric - 0/5 for these. ... show more

These pants are made of a rayon challis fabric. This is a blouse-weight woven fabric you might recognize from drapey, bright, Hawaiian shirts. It’s an EXCELLENT choice for summer casual pants. I bought these knowing I was going to somewhere stupid hot on a July trip. Hot as in over 110 degrees. I wore these pants on repeat all summer. If you live somewhere hot you will not be disappointed. I have washed and dried these in laundromats and they held up fine. If you aren’t travelling and can treat them nicer, the dyes eint fade as much. If you feel like the wrinkles from being jammed in the bottom of your drawer are a problem then just wear them for a while or give them a little steam and they will relax into a beautiful drape. I did not just wear these around town, they are also great beach pants and pajama bottoms, and at home. You don’t need a crop top you can do a tee or a sleeveless top or a bodysuit, no worries. If you are a little short it’s not a difficult fabric to work with, just slap elastic in a regular hem at your chosen length and you’re fine. If you have a terrible sunburn or sensory issues with pants that are tight or binding or rough, these are lightweight, smooth, and the elastic is not squeezy. These pants may seem like a gamble if you’ve never worn woven rayon before but they are everything you want a loose summer pant to be. The boho print skirts with the same waist are the same fabric if that helps. GREAT FOR SUMMER ... show more

I've been wearing these for a literal week straight. I need them in every color now. If I sweat, it's airy and breathable and dries quickly. Flowy, unrestricted comfortable movement in the legs. The waist isn't to tight. Love love love. 10 stars!!!
