These were exactly what we were looking for but we couldn't secure the top balloon due to one of the top holders being broken. Otherwise, these were perfect.

I used this for a daycare opening. They stood up all day long once I got the pin to pop in place! You can adjust the size for how tall you want them and they will stay in that place and not fall down. Definitely love this product.
