I recently purchased a pair of ballet tights for my daughter's spring performance show and ballet class, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations! These tights are incredibly comfortable. The fabric is thin, soft and stretchy, allowing for easy movement during dance practice. Since summer is coming soon, it is nice to have breathable tights that allow air to circulate, keeping her legs cool and dry. The fit is also perfect. These are not as thick and opaque as I usually like for my granddaughter. She’ll have to wear shorts over them for under her dresses. I usually buy her ballet tights because I feel like they hold up better than regular tights.

I ordered the pink and white pack of tights. The pink color is great - it is actually closer to a ballet pink than many tights that say they are pink and show up very orange-peach colored. Other than the color, these are not the best ballet tights. The material has decent opacity - even the white color has decent coverage, but the fabric just does not last. Even after one use, the tights were surprisingly pilled and the knees were starting to look thin. My last tights lasted many classes before ripping - I don't anticipate I'll get even 3-5 uses out of one pair of these. Good in a pinch, but these wouldn't be my go-to choice. ... show more

My daughter is in ballet class, and one of the hardest parts is keeping her ballet tights in one piece. These tights look like they will hold up as well as any. They are the perfect color and a heavy enough fabric that they will hopefully not get runs instantly. These tights are thick and strong, but with plenty of stretch. I would absolutely purchase them again for my very active 5 yr old who is rough on her tights! They’re a much higher quality than Cat & Jack or Old Navy brand tights that she’s had in the past.
