The problem is with the clamp. It is designed to swivel side to side and different angles. The swivel is accomplished by placing the peg on which the head sits into a ball socket attached to the clamp. Then you screw a collar down over the ball on the head peg to tighten it into the socket at the angle you desire. The problem is no matter how tight I tighten the collar when I start brushing or playing with wig the head begins swiveling and tilts out of place.
