I don't know how they manage to sell this so inexpensively. This package includes 3 different sizes of baking sheets, 3 (coordinating sizes) cooling racks, and 3 (coordinating sizes) silicone baking mats to fit the trays. The sheets themselves were lightweight, (not so much that they twist or pop in the oven), very non-stick without the mats, BUT THOSE SILICONE MATS, Y'ALL! I made the most perfectly-shaped, great tasting cookies ever. They looked JUST like store bought, and not even the edges or bottoms burned in the slightest. Surprised by good quality and heavy duty construction in. Nice to have silicone baking mat and cooling racks to fit. Small pans, but very versatile. Largest pan fits a dozen large cookies with ease.

These are super easy to clean. So far I've made cookies and meatballs (not at the same time 😂 ) with them and they cook perfectly evenly. I love that it comes with different sizes and they fit together so they're easy to use and store away for later. So far they haven't gotten any scratches from going in and out of the oven. I bought these to use in the oven for many different types of meals and desserts. The range of sizes was exactly what I needed. I have used 2 of the 3 so far and one was for cookies the other for chicken strips for dinner. My cookies turned out great and the silicon mat made them come off so easy. The chicken strip dinner I used the largest one with the baking rack for crispier tenders. The tenders were perfectly cooked and crisp. I have washed them all in a dishwasher and they were perfectly fine, however the pan I used for the tenders did not come clean. I tried to hand wash after and I couldn’t get what to me looks like grease stains off that pan. It tried everything even googling some way and still nothing helped. I ended up scratching it with a scotch-brite sponge when I tried to scrub it off. So definitely not scratch resistant! I will continue using them but it would be nice if there was a way to make them look cleaner without scratching the pan up! ... show more
