Some adult assistance was needed to keep the inflator attached to the pump for the cars. The rockets worked the best without assistance. Our two year old could manage that part well. I bought this toy to use during speech therapy and the kids LOVE it! Great for all different ages and ability levels with supervision! Comes with balloons and several different toys for launching. This is a good product. My son loves it and it’s a great toy to help communicate with him and learn new words. The problem we have with it is that the balloons are hard to pump up. You really have to help them with it (and my son wants to do EVERYTHING himself). At times the connecting piece doesn’t fit in great which is another reason why the balloon doesn’t get the air. My 2 1/2 year old grandson loved this toy. He can play for a very long time and he usually has a short attention span. The cars are cute and some travel quite far but others, not so much. The little rockets are a nice addition. Well worth the $$$.

First Purchased 2 years ago for my 2 year old grandson, I helped him learn how it worked. He really, really, really enjoyed it. This is one of the toys that stay at Grandpa’s house for grand child to play with when he comes over. He wore it out after 2 years, so I purchased a new one for his 4th birthday. He was so excited when he opened it, and said thanks Pa a New One. Be sure to buy some extra balloons that are the same small size you will need them.
