    • Solid paint by number product!
Colorful and fun! This is the third paint-by-number I’ve done, and by far the most challenging. Some of the numbers are very hard to see, so I suggest a magnifying glass to assist. Lots of fine point detail, and the paint brushes included were adequate, unlike other PBN sets I’ve bought.

What a delightful difference. This is the fourth paint by numbers picture I have done as an adult and the most expensive. I hesitated to spend this much on a project to kill time when it was too hot to go outside but boy was the price difference worth it. The canvas was rolled in a box not squashed and creased. The paint is thick and goes on smoothly. There is more than enough paint for two Coates if require! The brushes are actually usable. AND you can read the numbers. I’m frugal but I will be purchasing here again. This one is fun. No stress because you can’t read it or don’t have enough paint . Five stars! ... show more

The most surprising thing about this item was that I expected it to be a canvas. It is a piece of cloth/vinyl like substance. It was folded into eighths and even after stretching it out and clipping it down on my easel to try to get the fold lines out, they never worked out and even after I finished it and glued it down to the piece of carboard in the frame and smoothing out the lines as best I could, you can still see the demarcation of those fold lines in the finished product. Other than that, it is a beautiful picture. It was very advanced and I had to cut down several brushes to have brushes fine enough for some of the lines. Particularly in the stems. I was very pleased with the finished product and as long as you don't dwell on those fold marks, it is very attractive. I painted it for my infant granddaughters room and it goes very well in there. They could include a bit more paint in each pot, too. With some of the colors, there was barely enough to finish the painting with about 4 of the colors. I had to add water to those colors to stretch out the paint. You have to go over some of the numbers several times to make sure they don't show through on the lighter colors. People tend to think these paintings are easy, but it really takes a steady hand and is a lot more difficult than it seems. I can't see anyone younger than 13 (or even 16) having the patience to see it through. Especially with some of the finer areas (again, like the stems). In my own humble opinion, I think that it's an adults only item, just because of how long it takes and the commitment to seeing it through. It took me almost two months to finish, and i am retired and have the kind of time it takes. ... show more

Canvas and paint were surprisingly good quality considering the price. Challenging but not impossible. The final product looks exactly like the advertised picture! This was my first paint by numbers and I will definitely be purchasing more.

This would be a 5 star review. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because the paint was not dark enough to cover up the numbers on the canvas. Some areas had to be painted again. But overall it's great.

One of the best paint my numbers I've done. I didn't have to mix any paint colors, and it came with a variety of paint brush sizes. Some of the paints were thin, so I had to do four or five coats, but I've had that experience with most kits and this didn't seem out of the ordinary. It is a weird size so if I decide to frame it later I might have to make my own. Some of the spaces are very small, and there are a lot of them, so this is definitely for someone with patience and a steady hand. ... show more
