It holds everything but the kitchen sink, is great quality, and the purse handles are comfortable for carrying (even when you load the bag pretty heavy). The long strap can be used for a messenger bag carry-style or you feed the strap through a loop on the back of the purse, then hook it to the bottom metal rings and you now have backpack straps. I was worried this bag might be too large when looking at the pictures, but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. Large enough to fit literally everything (iPad, phone, chargers, passport, multiple water bottles, cosmetics, sunglasses, wallet…I could go on!), but super compact. As a flight attendant, it’s super important for me to fit as much as I can as efficiently as I can, and this bag does that and more! After hunting FOREVER for the perfect bag, I finally found it! I bought this bag on September 17 and after about 3weeks the loop for the straps started to fray. I just tried to exchange it and missed the date by three days. I don’t see any contact information for the seller. I have owned several Baggallinis and they have all lasted a very long time. For the amount of money this product cost, I am extremely disappointed, and even more so that there is no way to exchange it. ... show more

The bag itself is perfect! The color is Russet Red (although the thumbnail showed a blue patterned bag). Side pockets hold my water bottles (64 oz each), MULTIPLE zippered pockets, holds everything I need with ease. I use it for work and vacation. Only 4 stars because it did NOT come with a shoulder strap. I did not want to return it just because of that. Asked that Amazon customer service call me, and they did not. I am very disappointed in that. Luckily, I had a spare black strap that I could use. Not a deal breaker. But still disappointed that the shoulder strap was missing and that Amazon ignored my request. ... show more

The colour, Portobello, is beautiful. It is lightweight and spacious. I love Baggallini pocketbooks & have carried them for years. I wash mine in the washer in a laundry bag. This bag is exactly what I’ve been looking for, for work and travel. I do wish it was a *tiny* bit bigger and had a cushioned divider and bottom, without really making it much bigger, just to protect my laptop and iPad. Love the size, the pockets, the organization. I also wish it had a padded strap instead of the flat one, since once I get it all ready and packed, it’s a little heavy on my shoulder for the strap it comes with. Maybe an optional pad could come with it if you wanted to add it to the strap. Anyway, all things considered, it’s what I wanted and I do love it. Bought the gray camo. So pretty! ... show more

I needed a new bag for some hard travel to and around India. This bag was a real workhorse! Lots of pockets and storage to keep me organized, held all of my essentials like money, passport, travel docs, vacc records, an iPad, chargers, phone, a book, some toiletries, etc and kept it all organized. The bag itself is lightweight so I didn’t feel too tired from lugging around the heavy load. The RFID protection is a great comfort when traveling. I think I’m going to love this bag. I’m using later this year for a trip to the UK and I’ll know more when I get back. There are 2 end pockets on the outside, one for a water bottle and one for an umbrella plus there are all kinds of pockets on the front and back of the bag and on the inside. I’ll be so organized!!
