There was A LOT of hardware but as long as you stay organized and don't lose anything the install wasn't terrible. We love the play set! Great for kids 1-5 I would say! Very sturdy and has held up. The only issue when putting it together is the wood split in this one spot but other than that very good quality. Came with all the pieces and took roughly 5 hours or so to put together. Great value for your money. And heavy enough that you can’t move it by yourself from spot to spot! ... show more

Instructions were super easy- scan the QR code and you get step by step by step video. 2 of us did this in 4 hours. Small footprint, cute. Basic, though… we added: screens, a door, curtains. flooring, sealed up the roof/ceiling, solar lights outsid, pucklights inside. Turned the bottom into a little “porch” area (fits a child’s Adirondack chair, foot pouf, small side table). We also added rock climbing holds to the sides so our little guy can climb his way to the ladder landing. Was a fun project to do for him- no matter the price tag, would have added some of these little “extras”. Only listing all of these because I hope someone else sees it as a great blank slate to play with! For under 1k, great buy. Will hang into this for a few years. ... show more

The blender and pots stopped working after the first rain. The instructions say to install the stove right in front of the window so I assumed it would be a little more water proof but nope. Should have put plastic over the windows. Also you can't request a replacement part without them sending you an entire new playset. Other than that it's really cute and fun but my kids are disappointed about the blender. Assembly wasn't hard but it wasn't easy either. Very sturdy and quality. The assembly was a little much but my husband and FIL did it in two 4 hour sessions. My 3 y/o daughter loves this playhouse so much. She wants to play in it rain or shine, hot or cold. She loves the blender/ kitchen. It did get moisture in it after about a month, which caused the beads inside to stop moving, I took it inside and unscrewed the screws and let it air dry for 2 days, back to new after that. It is on the smaller scale which is what we wanted, I think she’ll outgrow it by 6/7 y/o but hopefully you get siblings will enjoy it too! Also a weird note about assembly. The slide comes flat and you heat it up and mold it. I had never seen that before. My husband did it pretty easily though. ... show more

This took about 5 hours to put together with two people. We were so excited initially because it is beautiful and was the perfect size for our son just under two. I could have seen this lasting him until 4 and then upgrading. It’s the perfect height, that me at 5’5, I was able to watch him. Play in the kitchen from the window. Unfortunately this wood started splintering and peeling and cracking in a few weeks. I’m not sure an outdoor sealant would have saved it, as bad and as quickly as it happened. It’s no longer safe for my son to play in with all the splintering. I’d have to sand it and repaint it and replace some of the wood. Keep in mind, we don’t live in an extreme weather climate in Michigan. It’s not in full sun all day. We did have a storm blow through that caused the house part to rip off completely- that was unfortunately the nail in the coffin. Extremely disappointed in the durability. $800 that could have been put towards something that we could have used for the summer. There would have been no way to return this once it was put together. ... show more
