Amazing toy. Lots of joy and smiles when playing with the crab. It’s durable enough to run into furniture and not break. The size and bright colors are perfect for children. Performance wise it does great and moves around the room. The MUSIC is awful. Loud. Annoying and doesn’t have an option to turn the music off and keep the crab going. I saw this thing all over TikTok and I thought that my daughter would love it! While doe does love to chase it and watch it (6mo), I’m not a fan. For one, when it runs for more than a few minutes it starts to get a weird smell which makes me nervous. The sensors on it are also not great. It frequently hits stuff and gets stuck as it continuously tries to go into the wall or some other pice of furniture. And it doesn’t change direction when she gets near it or grabs it. Which is another reason I’m not a fan. She catches it very easy even when all she can do at the moment is army crawl. She flips it very easy and the gears and legs will go like crazy which makes met nervous for it poking her eye, hooking her, or her hair getting caught in the spinning wheels. It also won’t go on carpets at all. It will work on a soft tummy time mat, but not as well. Lastly, I don’t like how the on and off button is below the wheels and legs so you have to stick your finger in all the frantically moving parts to turn it off. It doesn’t hurt or anything but just a bad layout design. I would pay more to get something better quality and safer. All that said, we still kept it because my daughter does love to go after this thing and it makes tummy time last longer, I just turn it off when it gets that smell and I just have to keep getting it unstuck or out of her reach ... show more

My son absolutely loves this thing so much . It’s fun, quick and keeps him entertained the whole battery life - which is good for a small toy. Unfortunately, out of nowhere his stopped working . It still turns on and plays the music but his legs won’t move . This is the 2nd time he’s froze up on us but this time he issnt coming out of it. I’m writing to see if there is anything we can do to fix it? Idk if my 8 month old did something to it or if this is a common issue-we’ve had it for about 5 months and he just got to the age where he’s really playing with it.
