This product really worked for us. Like another reviewer's experience, our baby was outgrowing her bassinet, but the crib was suddenly too big for her. She's a very active sleeper and more active when she's awake and trying to go back to sleep. I remember hearing her bang her head over and over into the crib bars. I tried yoga blocks and half dome cushions/bumpers that were firm, but nothing was working. My baby was having a hard time sleeping in her crib for the first time and did not fit in her bassinet anymore. The crib felt very spacious and she rolled around too much when sleeping and always felt very lonely and so she would cry after every 10 minutes. We tried every little thing for her until we saw this pillow. We formed it into a U shape and she feels like she is back in the bassinet! It makes her feel safe and comfy and no longer rolls around too much! The pillow is light and airy so baby is able to move it around in case she digs her face into it and is still breathable. We all dread putting our babies down in the crib. It's a gamble if they'll stay asleep or not. This "baby body pillow" helped my son. Once he's down I pull it closer to him so he had the feeling of being held. I know they shouldn't have anything in the crib BUT he can easily move this, it's super light weight and he's monitored 100% of the time he's in there. He loved his snuggle me lounge and this is like the big kid version. You can also place it under the sheet to help with rolling and hitting their heads on the crib.
