I really wanted to love it. We had our stroller stolen from my car and spent weeks researching a replacement, this time shopping for a toddler not a newborn. So many cool features, loved the handle and how easy was to reverse and open/ fold, mesh window at back etc. but seat itself has little to no padding, it’s like cardboard and not at all comfortable, also gets all bunched up when going between recline positions. . So far, love this stroller! Super easy to install. But the adjustable strap that was attached to the back to help incline the stroller came off and can’t put it back. Is there any more instructions on how to put it back? Please HELP!

Update: I asked the Seller about the back strap and they sent me a video showing how to reattach it. I would not have figured it out without the video! I wasn’t able to upload their video, so if you have this same issue, write to the seller and ask for the video. They responded right away. Great Customer Service! Changed from 3 to 5 stars. The instructions are not clear enough on the Back Rest Adjustment. The strap came out now can’t figure out how to reinsert! The instructions leaves a lot to be desired! ... show more

This stroller is absolutely amazing. Wish it was a little smaller when folded down so it could fit where I wanted it to in my Kia Soul, but other than that it’s a perfect. Such a smooth ride, my 7 month old loves sitting up and holding the bar, has everything you would ever need. Bottom storage is easier to access from the front, though. My gosh I am extremely satisfied! It was more than I would have liked to pay but overall the price you pay is totally worth what you get. This stroller had everything and more of what I was looking for. It is JUST like in the pictures and even came with a little changing pad! I highly recommend this stroller. I cannot wait to use it! The stroller out of the box wasn’t great. The adjustable strap that was attached to the back to help incline the stroller to 90 degrees came off and it couldn’t get fixed. The reversible handle is great but it doesn’t allow for flexibility of the wheels. So it’s hard to actually move the stroller if the handle is in front.I wish the wheels would also be reversible to allow more flexibility. ... show more
