My 1 year old grand daughter rolled out of bed because the rail slide out from under the bed when she rolled against it. I only have 1 rail as the bed is in the corner of the room and it's twin so there isn't a rail small enough for the foot of the bed.(not that i saw at least) I'm not saying it the products fault! I just want people to know it can happen. I like the idea of the rail and hope I can figure out a way to keep it from sliding. Maybe screw it to the slats that the mattress sits on.. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This product has been one of our favorite purchases. This “playpen” for our bed has given our baby more freedom and less worry for us! Pros: - great for co sleeping - great for naps - can attach baby camera to side - convenience! - breathable mesh - sturdy - easy to open and close sides Cons: - baby can fall down in side and get stuck - the sizing is slightly off for the pieces we purchased (king size- I would have gotten the same length all the way around) - don’t think this would be as effective with only one piece (purchase 3) - cost Overall, we are so thankful we purchased this contraption! The bed rail was a bit challenging to put together because the instructions were NOT clear in their instruction or the pictures, and the last part as to how to place under mattress, attachment were not included. Some of the instructions stated to focus on a left or right side and pic indicated the opposite, the part that identified the parts had a different identifying name in the instructions, so it was confusing and really seemed incomplete. I searched for how to videos and there are only sales pitch videos or videos of a different rail with same name. Lowering the screen apparently is not adjustable to stay in place at a certain height. ... show more

I have a King size bed and they are quite high. I’m using this for my small dogs who sleeps in the bed with me. 😝 My previous dog had fallen off the bed before and so I just want to avoid another incidence. I have this installed on one side (dog side) of my King size bed. I placed the metal frame in between the mattresses so no need to screw anything. The weight of the mattress seems to hold the frame up in place. I also have it setup on the tallest height. For added safety, I also purchased one of those bumper pillows and put on the edge of the bed, same side where the bed railing is. It is tucked in under the fitted sheet and covered with quilt so you won’t see in the picture. Otherwise, you can see the bump. It will do my for 2 dogs that are 13 lbs each. They won’t chew on the mesh or anything. Otherwise, if they fell on the edge though, I’m not sure if the mesh is strong enough not to rip and hold my dogs weights. Installation was a little confusing for me. After the 3rd try, it’s all good. Compared to other options, I picked this because of the height. ... show more
