I purchased this since I was expecting it'll be gonna get cold during our camping. And I was right, the temperature dropped down to 37 degree. This works well, just layer up under the sleeping sack.

I rarely write reviews, but I am going out of my way to let you know that this item saved our camping trip! I was on the fence about buying this item as it is not cheap, but I went with my mommy instincts and purchased it before our fall camping trip. We live in New York, and as we were going to be camping in October, I knew that the temperatures would be dropping very low overnight. Well, as prepared as I thought that I was, our tent heater blew out as we were going to sleep. My husband suggested that we pack up camp right then and there and make the hour and a half trip back home. Our 11-month old little guy was beyond tired at this point, so I reached in the bag for this sleeping bag and it SAVED US. The temperature dipped down to 48 degrees that night, but our little guy was toasty warm in a short sleeve onesie, fleece sleeper, large halo fleece sleep sack AND this sleeping bag on the very top (also a hat). He slept through the entire night snug as a bug. If you are a camping family, as we are, this is a MUST HAVE! I purchased the medium as our guy is about 20 pounds (for size comparison, it is about the same size as the large halo sleep sack). I will be purchasing the larger version of this sleeping back for when he is older! Five stars ... show more

Love this product, got it for camping and the little one still uses it now at how cause it’s cold!!! However my only complaint is that it is the sleeping bag material outside ( duh) but inside as well. It would be a fit from a thin cotton layer just the help keep the warmth in. Otherwise I love it!!

    • Finally, a toddler sleeping bag!

I was stressing about what my daughter (1.5yo) would sleep in while camping this summer because she's too small and wiggly for a kid sleeping bag, but then found this! The overnight lows were I believe low-50's and on our first trip, she woke up a couple of times I think due to cold (she finally stopped waking up when I added a second pair of pants). On our second trip, I tried layering a second warm sleep sack (the Baby Deedee 2.5 TOG sleep sack) underneath it and while she still woke up once, I think that was due to thirst + the weird sleeping conditions because she went right back to sleep with a sip of water and some back pats. Also, she was basically the Michelin baby which was adorable. Tip: We found we had to put our daughter to bed in our tent in just her jammies because it was still fairly warm out (7pm = 80 degrees at her bedtime + no breeze inside the tent). Then, either right before we went to sleep or once she woke up cold we just crammed her in the sleep sack(s). I was worried putting her into the sleep sack(s) after she had gone to sleep would totally wake her up, but this was not an issue at all - in fact the bigger issue was she kept trying to flip back onto her tummy to sleep so hard that it was tough to get the sleep sacks on her! ... show more

    • Pretty good
I use this sleep sack for my worms. It keeps them very warm at night but the large holes cause many of them to escape. Despite this I think the product is very high quality I would would recommend it to any fellow worm farmers.

This is great for camping. My 2 yo seems nice and cozy and I don’t need to worry about her blanket coming off. However I wish the sleeves zipped on since she Can very easily rip them off (and does). She still seems warm enough in long sleeves without the sleep sack sleeves.
