As a grandmother, I am so mad that my granddaughter had picked this doll out and I purchased it for her as a Christmas gift, just to find out it even has the male baby anatomy. It's a shame you cannot buy your granddaughter a doll without having to worry about something like that. I would send this doll back for a refund but unfortunately the box has been disposed of.
