The machine is very easy to thread and replace the bobbin.. It makes perfect embroideries. That's the good.. However the screen freezes often, so you have to turn the power off. There doesn't seem to be a way to skip steps, unless I missed it in the almost useless manual. So when the power is back on you have to start over.. Also doesn't seem the be a "back" or "return" button.. So after only a few hours of using.. That's the bad. Update* so I found how the skip steps.. But you better know what thread count you need to start at.. Also a grid on the screen would've been nice, just incase you moved the original start location ... show more

    • Instructions hard to understand should be clearer
I dislike the instructions for the embroidery the picture instructions are not good. The sewing section is better. The machine is very good.it’s the instructions.that are awful. The design part is a little hard to find.

The machine sews fine. We couldn't get the embroidery to start but contacted customer service through Amazon. They got back to us the same day. After a couple of emails they helped us get the embroidery to work. It wasn't in the instructions or videos but the foot pedal has to be unplugged from the machine for the embroidery to start. After we tried the we made a great Thanksgiving pattern. Thanks for the great customer support! ... show more

Not impressed at all, for what they charge, you might want to get a Brother for a couple hundred less. The 5x7 is not true, the auto cut did not work, needle up and down nonfunctional. Am returning.
