I got this playhouse for my 3 year old and so far she loves it, it is bigger and looks more durable than I expected and definitely more durable than a teepee. The chalkboard is an amazing idea specially if there is more than one kid playing, however after I whipped mine with baby wipes I can see the the chalk marks if a really look other than that I am happy with the item I added some decals on the inside and outside to make it look cuter and personalize it. ... show more

This playhouse is beautiful, incredibly easy to assemble and very sturdy. The price was excellent as well - significantly lower than other products. This playhouse or cozy corner is perfect for home or a classroom. We currently are using it as a cozy corner in our 2 year old room and the kids love it. We did not use the chimney piece because it does not attach.
