I have psoriasis that can be itchy and flakey. Using this instead of soap keeps my skin feeling smooth and hydrated all day. It is best used by not rinsing all of it off, just a quick rinse; then let as many areas as possible drip dry. If you use the towel vigorously you will rub off the wonderful soothing coating it puts on your skin. The only thing I would change is to find a pump top that fits the bottle.
