I spent hours on the phone with tech support, had to wait for service tech appointment and finally, 6 weeks later Avanti said to have Amazon issue a return. Amazon said since it was past return date they would only give an 80% refund. First Amazon customer service HUNG UP on me. So rude. Second one issued return, but it cost me 150.00 to get it returned because it was past 30 days even though it was a manufacturer defect. Don’t ever buy appliances from Amazon. The oven looks good but the unit showed up with the counter weight broken off and the back of the oven was dented in. I didn’t have time to return it so I had to repair it on site.

the oven is to small and it's not 24" it's just 23 1/2 " wide. what I notice is that the oven burner don't burned high even if you put it at 500 ° it still burn low and also the broiler burner it's at 500 and it still burn low.I really am disappointed in this stove
