I installed these as front turn signal lights in my 1996 Ford F150 4x4 XLT pickup truck. Very bright, great replacement over the dim stock bulbs. I found no need to install any in-line resistors when using this product. No dash lights were illuminated, just plug-and-play. I did however replace the stock turn signal and hazard flasher relays just prior to use with LED capable turn signal and hazard flasher relays in the fuse panel. I hope this helps. ... show more

I've been using Auxito bulbs for reverse lights for a little while now as they work very well and seem to hold up. I've tried other bulbs in the past and they either didn't perform as well, they started to flicker or LEDs would die, they would fall apart, or they would just plain stop working. These Auxito bulbs are very bright, throw a pretty nice pattern (depending on the housing), and have been working great for years in some of my other vehicles. Skip the other cheap bulbs and be confident ordering these as they will work as advertised and last for years. ... show more

I like them so far. They are very bright. I picked these as the wattage was 5 watts which was higher than the cheaper competitors. So I know that they would be brighter bulbs and I like the larger focused lens on the front. Projector quality I don't know yet, I will when it starts getting darker earlier. In the mean time they appear to be a little more 'rugged' if you can use that term on such a thing,. So, I purchased 2 sets of 2 and updated my 20 year old Cub Cadet model 2116 garden tractors incandescent bulbs at the same time. For both and many other garden tractors or riding lawn mower type smaller ride ons it was 'an exact pop right in' fit for the standard 1156 bulbs and sockets. Time will tell if they can stand the vibration. Brightness? Measured with my iPhone app they come out with about 7600 lumins vz 2600 lumins comparing to 1156 incandescent bulbs. The stock Cadet LED pack suck so bad its not worth even comparing them. Needless to say the Cub leds are considerably less bright. And they failed after less that 50 hours on the thing. Ay over $50 from cub cadet, no I don't think so. Come'on man! It's JUST a light bulb! Anyway, you need to get the snap right in sockets for standard bulbs which are readily available. For $10 for each bulb the leds are about 4 times as bright as standard incandescent 1156 bulbs. That's just a comparative reading measuring about 4" directly infront if the tractors light covers, same spot for each type of bulb. Noone can really trust seller ratings on bulb brightness but.... these babies are bright. Can't look directly at them at all. It's like looking into a cars headlight. Can't wait for darkness tonight for a cold lager and a little nighttime tractor ride! Would I buy again ? Right now, yes but that will always be contingent upon whether they last at least a year. BTW. About all these BS LED claims that they last what ? 10,000 hours or whatever... realize it may not be the actual LED that dies buy the cheep as dirt crappy electronics controlling the LED that WILL nearly always FAIL first. Just say'n man. So.... I just put them in but, so far so good. I'll add to this if anything changes. ... show more

these are bright and easy installation i did notice that they make they blink faster than stock and make my info center claim that i have a bulb out? i only replace front bulbs as i cant find a rear bulb that fits

Bought these for my 1998 F-150 Base. It's super old and dim. These really made the brake lights show up! They were easy to replace and easy to get working. Be aware that older trucks (pre-2015) have a relay that's incompatible with LED lights. I had to install a new relay under the dash after I installed LEDs all the way around (Headlights, blinkers, taillights, etc.). The head lights and tailights worked without the relay but the turn signals died within a few hours. ... show more

Perfect replacement for my 2002 Ford F-350. Much brighter than originals. Well made. No flickering and since I'm using them as backup replacements, I'm thinkking they should last quite awhile. Time will tell.
