This review is for the red tail/brake combination 3157. Very bright red tail lights, perhaps a bit too bright because I was used to a the brake light being much stronger than the red. No idea about longevity; just installed. One caveat: noticed flickering, which went away when engine was started. Turns out unlike some other brands, the voltage range for these only goes down to 12V. A weak battery may drop below that when the engine is not running, so perhaps not the best choice for prolonged parking with the lights on. ... show more

I am using for back up lights on a 2002 Chevy Avalanche. I am waiting for the LED compatible relay module to arrive before putting them in for turn signal flashers. 2nd downside is using them as the brake light. When I put it in and started the engine the ABS and Parking Brake lights stayed on. I probably need a load resistor in place. I took them out of the brake light socket for now. ... show more
