We had purchased the prior version of these without the plastic housing and the fuse would blow ever so often. We decided to try these since the assemblies have metal plates in them and we thought maybe the bulbs were shorting out. Well, these are causing the same blown fuse randomly and it's bothering my mom to the point she went back to halogens and does not want to try LEDs again. If you have a 2015 Tundra then stay away and try something else. From the forums I found most say Philips is the best option that has the least issues. This isn't so much of Auxito's fault but more Toyota's because they don't like you using aftermarket parts. The Auxito bulbs I got for my 2019 Fusion work perfectly fine so it seems to be Toyota's fault ... show more

They worked well, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the construction However, one bulb burned out less than 2 months, I am expecting the second bulb to burnout soon. These are used for my license plate light so these are only on at night. I looked into the warranty and Amazon says to contact the manufacture but the manufacture only honors if purchased from their website. I guess I will try a name brand such as Sylvania from now on. ** Revised 11/06/2021: Auxito contacted me and apologized, sent out a replacement, I received in a couple of days.. What I really like about these LED blubs they are bright and do not cast a glare as do other manufactures bulbs. Must be because of the lens they have, very impressive. ... show more

I ordered a whole interior lighting kit for my Dodge Charger a while back for about $50 and was impressed by the brightness of them and thought to myself that those expensive name brand ones (diode dynamics) couldn't possibly be any brighter. Fast forward to now and one finally went out in my dome light so I bought these to replace the one. Holy crap!! These are super duper bright, they even light my interior up from the outside so much you can't even tell my windows are tinted 15% and that's just the front dome lights. I'm gonna get another set for the back door lights immediately. Now that just leaves me with one question..are the name brand ones even brighter? I don't think I wanna know. ... show more

To be honest this product shocked me in a very good way. For the longest time I've been using led for the trunk and it was never bright enough. This product was 4x brighter than anything I used before. I've been using it for a few months now and no flickering or a single issue. Unrelated to this item but a definite prerequisite is to check what you have and cross-reference your documentation, Amazon and the internet in order to give LED replacement a real chance to knock off them socks. That said, my first replacement reverse light replacement was brighter than the standard bulb but not by much. I've used Auxito bulbs for everything else in my '02 Acura MDX and they haven't disappointed me. When I unboxed these, I thought I had accidentally ordered head lights. They were almost the same size. Quick install later...I put my car in reverse. The light that poured out of the back was just as bright as my headlights. I love how they have an adapter for the plug as an extension of the old wiring. Less strain on the old wiring the better. Auxito has mid-priced products up to well above what I want to spend. But the value here is that I've had all the other lights work just as well as this one with no issues. They have a 2-year warranty for product installed correctly and purchased from one of their certified dealers. I've had one brake light fail. I will comment on their service shortly. ... show more

Product looks great and works well; except for the error free bit. My VW has an alert system to let me know when I have a light out. Ordered error free LED as a replacement. This did not correct the error. I have standard issue LEDs on my 2012 Jetta and was able to overwrite the code for those using OBDeleven, however with these bulbs on this car; the resistance values are recognized at all and the warning light remains the same. This may or may not be the fault of the seller or manufacturer but it does drive me towards another product where my warning light can be revalued appropriately; even if it costs me two sets of bulbs. I will not be returning the item, they seem to work just fine; it just didn't include the error free functionality I need for my VWs. Edit: adjusted to 5 stars for customer service. Seller reached out with how to return the items due to my coding issues. I'm going to be honest with you all; it's my wife's car, the lights work; and I don't have to stare at a triangle on MY dashboard so I am a happy customer ... show more

I had a license plate light bulb out on my 2010 Toyota Prius so bought this pair. Great replacement. Very bright. The local repair shop wanted $ 45 to change just the burnt out bulb and this took all of 5 minutes with only a flathead screwdriver to get to the bulb socket.
