With every load of Wash I have Water on my Floor. Customer Service just kept placing me on hold, then Disconnecting. Transferred me over 6 times and would not give out Warranty info or offer help. Very unhappy with this Washer Brand and I am still paying it off. Shame on you Amazon Customer Service. Very poor Service this time when it counted. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Instructions are very limited hard to start . Water tank fills even at level 1 2 3 4 5 6 otherwise it won’t start . Now it not draining ! Grrrrr May have to return . Uses way to much water for 1 shirt . No level 1 or 3 at all . Cannot stop leakage!!! . I have used Teflon still leaks badly. The water léveles pwr I structure s are not matching. I was finally able to install the washer and I love it. I found it easier to put it on the appliance cart. That way I can easily put it back in the wardrobe. It does a great job of cleaning clothes. It cleans all my clothes well and drains well. I think the spin speed of the washer is pretty good because the clothes don't get wet after spinning.
