The motor is incredibly underpowered. The movement is so slow this product isn't even usable. There are four modes but only one mode works correctly. One of the others is too slow. The two others are "jumpy" and not at all how this product should work. Worst of all, you can't return it! It went in the trash after a failed first attempt. This thing works well and has a great battery, others I've tried die right when I need it to keep going. It is a little bulky but, with the handle, easy to hold. If this thing had a rotation setting it would be absolutely perfect. Better than the real thing and you don't have to buy it a steak dinner.
