I just received my shiny new mechanical keyboard today. I've been typing on it for some hours now and I must say that this keyboard is the BOMB! My fingers seem to glide across it while typing! The key caps are so smooth to the touch. I love that I can actually type faster without making as many typos as I would on a regular style keyboard. This keyboard is a game changer for anyone who needs to do heavy duty typing tasks. I must also add that it has the most addictive creamy clicking sound! And the RGB lights are really cool and fun to see. Another plus is the tri-mode connection feature. The USB receiver has a slot that stores it right on the keyboard itself. I really am pleased with the more compact size of this full keyboard to save room on top of the desk. It's substantial in its weight, not flimsy at all! I realize that I should have been buying a mechanical keyboard years ago because the other popular keyboards are not better than this one. Take note that you can change the keycaps anytime you want to change the look and style of your keyboard. You can only do this with a mechanical keyboard. The keycaps are not expensive either as I have already done research here on Amazon. I plan to purchase a couple of keycap sets in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this particular keyboard from AULA, I believe the price point is good for the quality of the keyboard. I would only recommend that they include the keycap tongs and a few gaskets with this keyboard as other manufacturers do. ... show more

I wasn't sure about this keyboard amongst all the other mechanical options on the market, but the reviews sold me on it. This thing is everything the reviews said it was, from the weighty well-made feel, to the nice key actuation, sound, and feeling. It has lots of different colors (solid, pattern, and moving pattern) to suit what you want, in three or four brightness levels. It plugs right into your computer with Bluetooth, wired (USB C phone cord), or regular USB dongle wirelessly. All you do is pair or plug it in and it's ready. There's a simple instruction booklet included which explains the features, mostly how to change the colors of the backlighting. I successfully Bluetoothed it to my phone to use on there as well, it was as simple as pairing a speaker or something else. Worked flawlessly. Once you have the colors set up how you want them, you're good to go. This keyboard seems to be a great value in the mechanical market! And it comes with a full number pad, unlike many other gaming and mechanical keyboards. 10/10 ... show more

I've been using the AULA F99 for a week now, and I'm pretty impressed with what it offers at this price point. The ability to switch between BT5.0, 2.4GHz wireless, and wired modes is a great feature for flexibility, especially if you have multiple devices and easy to set up. I purchased the blue & white colored option. The RGB lighting is fun and adds a cool atmosphere, and the key customization options are great too. The typing experience feels smooth while "click-clacking" is so satisfying, and the keyboard feels solid thanks to its gasket structure and silencing layers. Overall, this is a solid mechanical keyboard for work and play. It's durable, functional, and offers a lot for the price. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a quality keyboard on a budget! ... show more

This keyboard is a dream to use, and my only true regret about it is that I didn't get one sooner. This keyboard looks, feels, and sounds unreal so I'll go over a few more of my favorite points in detail. * The greywood switches are fantastic. The action is smooth and the actuation force is incredibly low. Having already come from an AP2 with linear red switches I bottomed them out assuming they'd feel the same, but I'm loving them being an even easier press than that. They sound fantastic when you bottom out on this board as well, it's hard to really appreciate from sample videos. They are indeed very easy to hotswap too as I've already accidentally popped them out while pulling keycaps - they're very easy to remove and set, and I look forward to trying other switch types in the future. * The key lighting is bright and comes through well on the default switches. The vertical lightbar is a beautiful little addition with a few colorful presets and pops out in a great way. * The software is very light and capable. It's very familiar-looking coming from using stuff like Obinskit for the Anne Pro 2, but it's a little rougher around the edges as you do modifications to your lighting and bindings on a low-resolution mockup of the board. It's hard to see what has been set when doing so, but it gets things done. * The keycaps themselves are beautiful and feel solid but my only con is that they have no shine-through at all. In a dark room you'll be pressed to see your keys and having the board backlight on actually only makes that harder. For this, I transplanted my AP2 alphanumeric keys with shine-through letters onto the F99 and it works like a charm. I like the rest of the board so much and it can be rectified easily so I won't even knock a star for it, but be aware of this if you're used to your other boards having more visible letters. Not having that certainly came as a surprise to me. After all, I heartily recommend the F99 for making it feel exciting again to have a keyboard hobby again! ... show more
