The first purchase I made was defective. The hard cover case wouldn’t clip and there was an awkward grip. I had to ask for it to be replaced. The second shipment seemed to have all clipped together. It’s a good case overall, does make it feel heavier though. The case is solid definitely will do its job as a travel case. The media could not be loaded. The case came with everything advertised. The screen protector is perfectly cut. Easy to just drop it on and it aligns perfectly with the screen. The clear case for the Portal fits perfectly as well. The device doesn't feel any heavier. Some grip under the handles would have been good. The interior of the carrier feels nice to the touch.
