Update: I found that after mixing these with nonfat higher protein milk the taste was much better! I mix one half of this with the one cup of fairlife milk. This gives me 28 grams of protein and 8 carbs,160 calories . I don’t notice the aftertaste much at all and I’m saving money too! If you’re sensitive to artificial sweeteners like I am try this, it may help. Original review: I was hoping that these tasted as good as the 15 gram protein Atkins shakes but these are quite awful. Gave them 3 stars for the extra protein without too many calories. I really wish they used a better tasting sweetener like allulose in these. I can’t handle whatever it is they used. I mixed this will non fat low carb milk and cinnamon and warmed it up to kill the taste. Not too bad that way, like a Mexican hot chocolate. BTW, 2 cups of nonfat, low carb higher protein fairlife milk has 26 grams of protein, 160 calories although it has 12 g carbs. ... show more

the BEST 30gram protein drink i've tried on amazon or from "W". it does not clump or congeal if you have it in a glass for 30 minutes. taste great and packed with vitamins. can't say it helps with energy but i would recommend over other 30 gram offerings.
